Crown Solace are a symphonic metal band formed in Aberdeen, Scotland, in 2020. The release lists guitarist and songwriter Valentyn Ikach, clean vocalist Pete Rawcliffe, harsh vocalist Callum Hutchinson, bassist John Campbell, and drummer Harry Paul. Their 2026 single “Northern Skies” draws on Scottish heritage and combines folk melodies with symphonic metal; it features guest bagpipes by Pereg Ar Bagol of Skiltron. Nico HK produced, mixed, and mastered the single at Vamacara Studios. The band lists Nightwish, Epica, Amaranthe, and Lacuna Coil as for-fans-of references.
