L.A. Project

L.A. Project is a Portuguese heavy metal project led by multi-instrumentalist and composer Luis Amaro, who has been active on the Portuguese music scene since the 1980s. The project began as an instrumental recording outlet during the pandemic and later developed through contributions from different vocalists and musicians. Its releases have covered hard rock, heavy metal and stoner rock. The current lineup for The Throne features Jurekk James on vocals, Marco Toba on bass, Glenn Welman on drums and Luis Amaro on guitar. The Throne is a 2026 independent digital single.
